Filters

We supply dust and chip extraction filters with air volumes ranging from 2,000 to 150,000 m3/h for the mechanical wood processing industry.

The filter is ATEX certified and equipped with spark detection and extinguishing system, as well as warm air recirculation to the production areas. The filter cleaning process occurs automatically through regeneration. It is welded or made of galvanized steel, with bolt connections. The structure is highly sealed. Its modular design allows for easy expansion, especially for screw and chain filters. Large filters that are used continuously come with a conveyor for automatic chip removal. Smaller filters have a tray or bag beneath to collect the excess.

We deliver the filters fully assembled. Through our in-house manufacturing, we ensure swift spare parts delivery and maintenance for our customers. In critical situations, we can manufacture spare parts within a day’s notice.
