Quick-Connect Pipe Systems
Quick-connect pipe systems are used in the construction of dust, chip, and transport pipelines, among others. Their advantage lies in easy and fast installation without the need for specialized tools. We manufacture pipes with diameters ranging from 100–560 mm, with a nominal length of two meters.
These pipelines are seamless and smooth channels with no major flow loss. They are made from galvanized steel sheets or, if necessary, stainless or acid-resistant steel. Quick-connect pipe systems can include branches, bends, and fittings as well as air locks and dampers. A pneumatic air lock is also available.
Quick-connect pipes and bends are mostly stocked items that we can deliver immediately. Branches are made to order based on customer needs, with a delivery time of 1–2 days.
