Dust and Chip Removal Systems

We supply dust and chip removal systems with an air capacity ranging from 2,000 to 150,000 m3/h for the mechanical wood processing industry. These systems are used to filter air containing dust, chips, and fibrous materials. A functional and efficient system removes dust and fibre from production areas, ensuring that machinery and equipment remain operational. Additionally, the system ensures workplace and fire safety in production facilities.

Our systems are ATEX certified and equipped with spark detection and extinguishing system, as well as warm air recirculation to the production areas. The filter cleaning process occurs automatically through regeneration. It is welded or made of galvanized steel, with bolt connections. The modular design allows for easy expansion. Equipment is manufactured at our factory and quickly installed by our installation team. Factory assembly guarantees consistent and tightly sealed products. We also offer fast delivery of spare parts and maintenance. In critical situations, we can deliver spare parts within 24 hours.
