Renefluid
Renefluid is a solid fuel combustion technology based on bubbling fluidized bed (BFB) technology. Typical fuels used include milled peat, wood-based biomass, and clean wood waste.
The main advantages of bubbling fluidized bed combustion are:
- High efficiency > 90%
- Fast load change rate, 7% per minute of the current load
- Low operating and maintenance costs
- Low raw emissions reduce the need for monitoring secondary emissions and the consumption of additives
- High flexibility in fuel properties
Renefluid boiler plants can be designed to meet the requirements of the EU Industrial Emission Directive (IED). This includes both emission limits for waste incineration and the requirement of a 2-second residence time for flue gases at temperatures above 850°C after the addition of the last combustion air.
We supply Renefluid boiler plants with a capacity of up to 50 MW.
Recycled fuels with both high and low heat values from various sources can be used either individually or in combination.
